Eating well and feeling great go hand in hand. We know that, you know that. But we also want to eat things that are delicious. Delicious AND good for you. Since when were delicious and healthy two different things?

We’re here to show you that happy and healthy can be on the same plate. And let’s face it, part of being happy is getting to eat and drink what you want to now and then, so we’ll be throwing some of that into the mix too. Most of the time though, we’ll try keep things clean, good for you and easy.

Oh, and there WILL also be blueberries. Not only blueberries, but more than you’ll find on your average blog. Because we love them, and we know you do too.
