Ingredients

  • 1 Cup frozen Blueberries
  • 1 frozen Banana
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 1 Tbsp Chia
  • 1 Tbsp raw Honey
  • 2 Tbsp raw nut butter
  • 1 Cup unsweetened Almond milk
  • 1 Handful fresh Blueberries (optional topping)
  • 1 Tsp Chia (optional topping)
  • 1 Tsp desiccated Coconut (optional topping)
  • A few toasted Coconut flakes (optional topping)

Preparation

  • 1Add all the ingredients to a blender and blitz.
  • 2OPTIONAL (but suggested): Top with fresh blueberries, chia, desiccated coconut and toasted coconut flakes
